So what are the calculation methods for curtain wall aluminum veneer?
1. Aluminum veneer: The size designed according to the drawing is calculated in square meters, and the folded edge of the aluminum plate is not calculated within 25. (Single statistics of curved and special-shaped aluminum plates)
2. Aluminum profile: calculate the length of various aluminum profiles according to specifications and multiply the linear density, and calculate the weight in kilograms.
3. Steel: first calculate the length according to specifications, and then calculate the weight according to kilograms.
4. Embedded parts and angle steel support: calculate the number of blocks according to the specifications, and then calculate the weight.
5. Thermal insulation rock wool: calculated in cubic meters according to the design drawings.
6. Sealant: first calculate the length of different glue seams according to the design drawings, and then convert them into counts to calculate (usually packing 500ml sealant can make 16mm wide glue seam 3 meters, packaging 592ml sealant can make 16mm wide 3.5 meters glue seam).
